Refund Policy

Returns & Orders :

Notify of any return within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Return items must be unworn and with original tags attach to them. A store credit will be issued once we receive the item and confirmed its good state. 

 

ALL PRE ORDERS OR RE-STOCK ITEMS HAVE ETA (estimated time of arrival) they can be delayed or get delivered ahead. If a client wants to cancel an ETA order this will result in ONLY A STORE CREDIT, NO REFUNDS, NO MONEY RETURN. STORE CREDIT ONLY.  

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE if a BRAND or VENDOR CANCELS AN ORDER, THIS WILL ALSO RESULT IN A STORE CREDIT, NO REFUNDS, NO MONEY RETURN.

 Store credit does NOT expire. It can be used at any of our locations and on website. 

 

SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

All website orders are processed in a period of 36 to 48 business hours (SATURDAY & SUNDAY CLOSED TO MAIL) then sent to mail for shipping. Tracking number will be sent automatically by email.

 

 

Shipping :

We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or other carriers.

Lost articles due to shipping situations by USPS, DHL, UPS, Fedex, or any carrier will result in a STORE CREDIT TO THE CUSTOMER, NO MONEY REFUNDS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for any missing or lost items by fault of USPS,UPS, FED EX, DHL or any other mailing services.
